You know you are just referring to the maths to justify why looking at SP is not a reflective metric of company success. I look at number of shares issued and the length on the Ceo's job tenure. If both are large numbers then you know their history of success is questionable and management will have questionable objectives.
All these JV are useful to prolong survivalship and a trader stock. The history of investing here is littered with tears. Ultra short term trading is profitable With this stock.
