Should have jumped ship with you - waiting until now to drop out but my holding had significantly dropped since I invested.

This company is a complete basket case - more excuses for missing forecasts, and they haven't managed to make any significant progress into obtaining new deals.

The latest update reads 'red alert':

* $1.4 Million Dollar loss for the year - last quarter we were told XTEK would be back in black for the year.

* Company has a current market cap of $2.7 million! (nice loss).

* A clear indication the company needs to grow to survive - and it's clearly stated that acquisitions need to take place. With what money may we ask? They just received $300k from a placement - how would XTEK fund any aquisition? No bank will go near this, - more placements?? = more share dilution - how low can the SP go from here?

Again this is a complete basket case - should have put this one out of its mysery years ago.
