I agree that it is a significant number of options provided to directors.

After some of us shareholders spoke with them, they have very reasonably agreed to lower the number.

The numbers are not significantly lower, but it was a gesture, and did show an intention to listen.

The directors and management are however, very experienced, very committed, and something of a stellar team when compared to most other small caps.

They are a gang of 4 very talented men in their field, and I want to encourage them to stay, but more than that, I want that encouragement to ensure they spend 100% of their time on HXG business only.

I will vote Yes. And I will be at the EGM and look forward to talking with them again about a range of issues. I hope Shane the Geo will also be there, as well as Mike and Charles.

If you can get your average price down to below 15 cents (the lowest option conversion price for directors) then you should be ok, given that the deposit works out (of course).

The technical work they have been doing looks really good, especially given the consultant(s) in Europe they employed to validate all the data, are some of the best in the business - good move.
