I am voting yes to the new package. yes its a bit to swallow but they are better skilled for the job than most juniors and we need to pay for it. if they get issued all the options we all win! lets just move on and be happy with the excellent management who now will have proper skin in the game, they are proper incentivized. Lets get on with this project and not get bogged down with being jealous. Voting NO will only create destruction to the excellent management and cause more delays....lets get on with things and progress this project and not delay it a second anymore.
