Union voting is rigged too... infact said unions control a lot of those industry superfunds I’m talking about. Many unqualified individuals on boards or executives positions on circa $500kpa in those superfunds who don’t even bother instruct those custodian votes via the investment banks. The unions put their friends in those positions... So I’d argue unions are worse. Lol. They are more concerned about keeping their sweet executive gig because they wouldn’t get those paydays anyway else.
