I checked with Align:

1. Confirmed that they would not relist until the AFS have been finalised as they are currently non compliant as they haven't released the AFS. Refer website there is a not about it.

2. They also indicated that there was movement and to be on the lookout for announcements but that they couldn't confirm timing. Hoping (thats me) its before month end.

3. I am not sure that they can truly be traded as we don't know how the values stack up. As bondholders we have the property but as we gave a moratorium on lease costs I assume the growers scheme is still in compliance with their lease. I didn't vote this way but that's the rub of life.
