This has been a sorry story from the start. The reasons it failed the first time didnt go away , and still had to be fixed this time.

Met Recovery : Poor then and planned to be a bit worse now if not the same. ( A few more bits of gear at the front end )
Mining Costs : Not flash then and worse now with more stripping planned to get to better ore.
Gas costs : Ok then , worse deal now
Reagent costs : ? Not sure then , not flash now
LAbour costs : Probably close to the same.
Capex : How did they get this wrong?
Management : Was all spruik then, now seriously would you want to invest money with them again in the future if this is the best they can do.

So how was it going to be better this time?
Dont think it will get bailed out by the govmnt this time!
