if you have proof of this then you need to contact ASIC, if you do not have proof then its complete speculation, i would advise being careful with what you say you can be held liable if they believe they/company believe they have been defamed.
I am still bearish but it does look like a leaky ship for the first hole, still plenty more holes and real estate to speculate on.
