When are we getting our independant report ?? There will need to be much more cash in the offer for my vote.
Personally I think the directors should have sold Ann Mason only to Entree for a share & (more) cash consideration. PMH could hold its stake in ETG as a future saleable asset & used the cash to advance the other projects - especially Sentinel.
However it appears the directors just want to be quit of PMH.
