Looking the the trading activity today, one can see quite alot...

    Looking the the trading activity today, one can see quite alot of very small trades going thru at $0.40.....the larger one's are very few and are at 39.5 Cents.

    Has anyone got any idea what is going on.. and which broker is doing it?
