W1, of the three "facts" you state i suppose the third could be one, there will be something in it for them for sure,,,the other 3 are just opinions of yours as is all else put up by all....wang, not kidding at all,as things stand right now that is the upshot..and the net the company put in place, not at 15c, not even at 10c but 5c shows they are aware of how things can always possibly turn out and the price basically stops this lot having a chance of taking control of the company ..for 18 mil....all imo of course
