Hi Boofy... yeah, me too... I'd have been spewing if BMG had found the money. I think it would have provided a short term shot in the arm, but ultimately not as good a deal as could now be done.
Cabinets - For mine, I can't remember owning a stock where the board seemed to have more time and consideration for SH, so I feel very comfortable that Nick will get a better deal for us now.
