    I'm also confused about what does EMS actually own. From the Eastland website is say's "Eastland has developed an easy to use product that appears to provide a much more consistent dose response profile for the patient"
    Did Eastland develop this or does it just own rights and if so what rights do we have. I cant seem to be able to find any clear definitive information on what Eastland own and how other companies fit in the end equation.
