Odd isnt it. RAW has gone quiet on that. I can only assume some back door agreement must have been reached with one of the S/H to allow them to participate in the next discunted dilution.

Notice the 9% are contradictory saying not happy with capital raising (dilution), yet also say they will bring in a substantial following (dilution). Arguably the smaller S/H should have taken this to court at the last raising a few months back to fight for non-dilutionary rights, but this thing is picking up a head of steam now as we sit on the verge of yet another classic WA feeding frenzy of dilution so others can get their hands on our undervalued assets! No shame.

I tell you what Ken, you can pencil me in for 5 million shares at 2c in 6 months time with attaching 3c options, and I will also vote for anything the board puts up.
