The chairman's address does not read well IMO. The upcoming raising will be very very dilutive. I think shareholders have every right asking wtf was the UK purchase about. It stinks. My opinion is TE was glad to get away in case something unpleasant comes to the surface, He basically disassociated himself from KR nevermind the fairytales in the speech. He was the one person who would have been supported by majority of the shareholders yet he chose to walk away. Does not feel right to me. Let's be honest if the TZ assets were so great wouldn't someone have already bought them from the company or have simply done a takeover? Given the world markets and the sorry state the company is in the SP could be 2c or less after a CR. How can a company go from 11m cash to this? More than incompetence in play here IMO.

What transpired with KEY over the last 2 years is really what gives the junior oilers a bad name. Disgusting.
