Let's face facts here, KEY as a company is a complete shambles.
The rubbish the shareholders have been fed over the past couple of years is beyond belief.
We were "ALL" told what a wonderfull oportunity the UK oil deal was to ensure a steady cash flow stream into the company and that the horizontal well would "SUBSTANTIALLY INCREASE" the cash flow once they completed the workover and the HZ drilling.
I would like to know just how "dilligent" they were with their "DUE DILLIGENCE" on that deal???
With these continued failures by the management to successfully convert any of their projects no wonder the company is now running out of cash and needs to dilute the shareholders investments.
I think you need to complete a review of your investment in KEY and take stock of what the company has achieved since you became a shareholder.
This is not meant as a criticism of you.
There is currently a power game going on with the two factions and the current team of directors are trying everything they can to retain total control over the company, that is why they have now introduced a new proposed director so as they can keep control and why IMO the other team nominee declined the directorship, they knew he would have no power in any new stucture of the board!!!
I personally would be very keen to have a complete review of the company including a financial audit by an external organisation.
The Chairman's release the other day only confirms their resolution to ensure the current team of Directors retain control of KEY.
They are well aware of their shareholders sentiments at present and if they cared about them surely he then had the perfect opportunity to give us a factual update of where they are taking the company over the next 12 months, but NO, his address was directed solely at his annoyance of the proposed changes to the board and a biased opinion at that!!!
