Agreed,
If the performance shares are at say 20c and there is a takeover at say 16c - then it wouldn't matter in any case.
I think once the feasibility study is done then we might see a TO or real price appreciation. Also there is >20km if drilling results not included in the current JORC. Once that is upgraded there will be scope to increase yearly output significantly.
