Could be possible Veremonte who opposed. Just thinking aloud, perhaps how many shares they had registered at the time they proxied their votes.
In my opinion either they have been taking a strategic long term position, or are intending to take the company. So far it looks like the former but im certainly not ruling out the latter. They wanted their fill at no more than 7c and are sitting on the cusp of 20%. Has all the hallmarks of a move but time will tell.
