I dont think the key is the POSCO transaction, it was never about the transaction. To me its a done deal, just bits and pieces of mickey mouse paperwork to process. Its the JV partner bid for SDV ppl want to hear about. I gotta give it to the shorters...they have repeatedly and successfully set expectations on non-events and managed to use it as ammo.

Judging by the 2016 and 2017 runs, i truely think anns do not change the trend of a stock. I dont recall PLS, GXY, NMT, etc all releasing game changing anns on the same day or week. But all of them broke out pretty much on the same day. Then all cobalt stocks broke out same day a month later, then all weed stocks broke out same day another month later. Had the best run of my life during that period Its all about when the big fish decides to let the brakes off imo.
