    But, why doesn't he sign an agreement with Jemena to use their pipeline.??

    After all, he keeps on telling us how good the pipeline is but he is not signing on the dotted line for using it.

    I would be more happier and more encouraged to buy more shares if he was to sign on that dotted line.
