Spot on, Yeo Inc cannot rewrite the rules specifically directed at Lynas, particularly as Malaysia legislation is already WAY out of sync with international norms, incl Singapore.
Apparently Cabinet meets tomorrow, current toxic chem dump with ~500 hospitalised may suggest Yeo Inc has a little more to focus on across Malaysia than a FDI with impeccable 6yr operations record, and no qualified or quantified present or future hazzard.
Current Govt already on the nose, major chem dumps on their watch sure ain't going to improve the smell.
