The incumbants want to draft changes to AELA but this would affect almost all of Malaysian industry regarding NORM. But it needs to pass parliament - basically some want to kill off industry in Malaysia and the likelyhood it would pass Parliament is unlikely as it would send tremors throughout Malaysian business community. These people are funny.
