As of 4-3-19, short interest is @ 6.90%, up over 1% in a week. Fear is bankable, the bears smell weakness so they pile on. There is nothing mysterious about this, TPTB are content to let Lynas flail in the wind.
All thing considered, IMO, it's not as cruel as telling crippled children they are not wanted. IMO, unless Japan and Australia take a public stand, hatred and bigotry will rule.
