What you say is correct. Hopefully the company is looking or has found a place that will take it. Is applying for permits to move it. If come July August the company can show nothing that will not go down well. I am sure if they have moved even 5% and everything else is in place to move most of it they will get an extension. If they have nothing to show in all that time it is obvious they are playing a game of chicken. They may win, in fact I think the chances are very good they will. There is always a chance the other person will not back down then both are injured or dead.
