One thing I learnt from this:
“All senior management of MESTECC were appointed following the 2018 general election.”
On one hand this is bad, as typically new governments appoint their supporters to senior positions and are unlikely to be sympathetic to Lynas.
On the other hand this is good, because their lack of experience may have contributed to the legal mess they are likely to find themselves in.
