Hmmm... not sure what makes this rinse and repeat cycle any different.
just my opinion but so many times we have seen these surges only to see them walk it back down.
until ALL issues are fully resolved I believe it will gradually settle back to down.. maybe even fill that gap below.
Long term... no brainer for me. once all waste issues are resolved it's rocket time.
