I do not agree with the stagnant SP. But alas that is something that happens with SOME of our past directors and their associates. We should have a complete open policy as to the true facts as to what has gone on and what is to go on.

Everyday shareholders and not just the chosen few should be able to decide by democratic properly conducted voting as to where the company goes to from here. When we are given all the facts then we can ALL make an informed decision.

What other avenues have been available to this company, none of us will ever know.

There needs to be independent directors and a full investigation into the company.

As for mining. Who on the board or was on the board, has or had any mining experience. Just because you own mining shares does't make you a miner. I believe past history has shown this to us all. If you ckeck up on IPO's and up and coming floats there are so many mining companies trying to raise money and float some for over 2 years. Tells us all something!

As to where do I get my information. Research is a wonderful thing and should always been done when you are investing your hard earned. ASIC on their web site have a free company name search which you can even go further on to gain more information.
