A large proportion of the 19.9% of TDO shares pledged to DLS in the pre-bid agreement are owned by the "Malaysian Block". These same shareholders are the ones who are supporting BK Choo on the basis that they don't agree with the TDO bid. Go figure.
Is this a case of having your cake and eating it too?
Essentially it means the premise being publicly put out to the media by the Malaysians that they disagree with the TDO T/O is false.
