    I think that is the point Tony. It doesn't need to be so regulated if the carbon credits are a waste stream of a land use? Farmland is supposed to be productive in a commodity generation kind of sense. The lord knows we already have enough paper being printed at the moment.

    Now the world economy is tinkering on the edge of unfamiliar realms, hairbrain schemes like carbon sequestration using inedible trees will be fall by the way side and likely quicker than many could appreciate. You see people are caring less and less about the environment now house balues ae tanking and investments are costing people money rather than making it for them.
