IMHO thinking this legal action is what will lead to the demise of the company is sadly mistaken.
This will only speed up the inevitable, it's going to happen regardless.

It almost like you think that if it weren't for this action "there is still a chance", theres no chance.
It's over for this company in it's present status. Sad but true.

The glass is half empty and being tipped out. the glass half full outlook is just wishful thinking.

All IMHO of course.
