    The case for litigation is crystal clear.A blatantly dishonest amd misleading announcement.

    I don't think the lawyers have asked for any money to look at this so trying to bag them is misplaced.

    And as Hays says it is sad that action has to come from small private investors and that as usual - ASIC does absolutely nothing when it comes to white collar crime. Shame Greg Medcraft. SHAME.
