How do you think the share price rose so dramatically if no one brought shares prior to the trading halt.

This episode leaves a pretty sour taste in my mouth. Firstly, listed companies have to jump through all sorts of hoops to satisfy ASX, ASIC and JORC. The hoops are there to apparently protect (potential) shareholders and the stick is there to whip non-compliance out.

But where does the reaction come from? Aggrieved shareholders filing an action.

There are still unanswered questions, questions that ASX and ASIC have not (publicly) asked. I just hope that ASIC is asking PDY the appropriate questions as part of their investigation.
