Haha I agree Good Oil. I expected the oppies to fall from grace when the heads dropped, but they are held so tight. Looks like I will have to chase them from here. Hopefully we get some nice results from Cornea. I also noticed on OXX website under the heading "About Us" It has a sub-heading "Why invest in Octanex." The first point states Drilling action commenced in early December with Cornea-3 to be followed by Braveheart-1;" The way I interpreted this was that OXX could potentially be buying into Braveheart to assist funding. We know Albers gives OXX great terms given the Cornea farm-in was on a 1:1 promote basis.
One should also be aware of Albers huge foot print in the Bonaparte Basin. Through Australia Oil and Gas Corp. and Goldsborough Energy, he holds a good 5-8 permits out there that he has been acquiring since 2005/2006. Could see OXX farm-in to assist with 2D and 3D obligations, given that it fits within their exploration and investment philosphy. If anyone knows anymore about Albers Bonaparte Basin assets and his plans for them, I would like to hear commentary in regards to them.
