startling realisation
the share purchase plan was to fund ongoing costs including the spending of the extra 225k for the 80% ownership thing.
this was needed by december 2012 and the share plan would be closed by 3rd septemeber 2012
so the share purchase plan was announced 2/08/12 and just over 3 wks later 80% ownership was achieved BEFORE closure of the purchase plan
just strikes me as very quick but i don't know what it means
