    we are unsecured debt holders

    However,unlike even secured debenture holders(lenders)

    We have control until D-DAY September 2012-unless we default

    and that debt in dec 2009 was $630m when i reread the BBI deal analysis.

    so if you want your money out lenders prior to then---Make it a good deal
