Couldn't agree with you more.
After all we are their bosses but, according to their mentality, we aren't to know what they are and what they are not doing.
And I have never heard of an employee awarding himself some he exorbitant pays and emoluments without his boss/bosses approving it in the first place either. Only in the corporation World that is allowed to happen.
