The bot sells seem determined to keep the price below 27c or so. The depth on buy side is very solid now though, so will make it tougher for them.
If you question they are working with a cause, when you have 252,000 on the buy at 15.5c and 23,000 on the sell at 26c and they keep pushing tiny orders into 25.5c when they could quite easily get 26c, then there's your answer
