If you read the announcement on the 13th April they did say that they would advise the market in the near future as to when they will list on the market.
The 7th May was a 'proposed listing date'.
As they advised on the 13th April, I would certainly take that as being sufficient and professional.
I hope they delay for a little longer to allow world markets to settle. Well done management, good decision.
