I'm quite happy with the 61c valuation. These valuations are necessarily conservative. But I won't be selling for a conservative valuation.
I expect that AWE will wait a few weeks, and then increase their offer to a point where it will be hard for ADI directors to knock it back. And then we'll just have to see how strong the holders are.
But I don't think AWE really expected the first offer to succeed.
