I am in many tightly held shares they are my favorite.. I have understood that manipulation occurs and usually for 2 reasons, 1 is to affect VWAP for a placement or con note or something along those lines and 2. Is to make people sell at lower prices and accumulate. Can't imagine 1 is an option and for 2 I think it's even less likely as these Co has a lot on issue and majority in London we are just an arbitrage of the London close??? Check out VMC that's my favorite tightly held gamble at the moment !
