I believe an Ordinary Resolution should NEVER apply if ONE shareholder owns more then 50% of any publicly listed company on the ASX!
The rules are wrong, we wouldn’t have the board, management or delisting issue we currently have.
The rules need to be changed and NOW!
How is it possible to have a fair outcome for all shareholders of any company on the ASX when ONE shareholders is the only ONE to have their say.
How stupid are these rules....... it really says a lot for the system!
It’s simply designed to NOT BE an even playing field, simple as that!
