none of those changes in company type, relate to this situation imho.

FMS is not changing type of company, it is seeking to remove its listing from ASX, to that of an unlisted public company. It is still a Public Company, with thousands of (very unhappy) shareholders.
it is just that it will not be on the ASX platform, and will then not be required to comply with ASX Listing Rules. it will still be required to comply with Corps Act, and under Unlisted Disclosing Entity rules (which are stuff all, as no one really supervises that imho).

we are all maintaining the rage.
