    goodaye BI, i think it is in relation to a chnage in the principle activities of a company, that may require approval of shareholders.
    FMS is not changing its activities - it is "just" being Delisted from ASX platform.

    The various lawyers acting for Todd and FMS and BBIG will have been all over this.
