So it looks like between Risco and NGP there is only about 58% held even now. While they can claim that there is no value to them in the imputation credits, I am sure if need be they could devise some way of extracting that value - maybe get full control, strip out cash and assets, sell TAP shell with credits to an Australian co, for instance? Got the phone call today, will be continuing to hold my 1.3M shares, 9.1 cents well underdone in my opinion. Brewer.
