While they can claim that there is no value to them in the imputation credits, I am sure if need be they could devise some way of extracting that value - maybe get full control, strip out cash and assets, sell TAP shell with credits to an Australian co, for instance? Got the phone call today, will be continuing to hold my 1.3M shares, 9.1 cents well underdone in my opinion. Brewer.

Yes agree brewer same guy Risco and Thomas so now he own 34.27% as today ,what matter now if the Chai guy do agree with that offer or does he want 12 cents ? to settle up ? ....
