    i dont agree with you hunini, it looks like they got internal issues the 3 parties and thats the reason poject got stuck all this time.........i agree with turbo here , it looks like every party has someone behind and the percent talks thats why the biger offer from the largest party,,,,,,,,
    problem is whos paying the loan if things have to go to legal action then is a bit of problem
    problem is we didnt know all this thats why price was bottom all this time, someone knew though
    still risk but the upside too good to be missed........
