I read it that D&C group has three main shareholders (3 companies - and hence I assume that each sub company has different shareholders to the others). A partnership if you like in the broader parent D&C group?

If this is the case then I can see them acting independantly if each wanted 100% ownership.

Or something else?

Will be an interesting 1-2 months. Will be interesting to see what Strike's plans are should we lose. Don't see them folding. I have been looking at Cuervo's announcements (the last couple has not been released here). Cuervo looks like they have far more iron ore than AF. Why would we want to walk away from that just yet?
