    It was a blind shootout. The other 2 bids where just paying back the loan and a token amount. One bid went a bit more fair dinkum. I'm sure SRK holders still feel even the top bid is lowball.

    Either way, even just the loan repayment is worth 36-40c a share net cash in SRK. Not a bad fallback option.
