    Assuming the deal does ahead.

    Shares = 142M (plus 10m options).
    Current cash = $19.5m
    Loan Repayment = $35m
    Extra from shootout = $27.5m

    Total cash = $82m or 0.54c a share

    Even if it falls to the 2nd bidder, cash to the company in the company is $54.5m or 36c per share.

    That assumes full dilution from options and no cash from the options.
