SRK either end up with the cash or the assets. If you believe that the assets are worth something than it is a screaming buy, if you are just in it for the cash then you should certainly consider the risks

if D&C dont pay anything, SRK call the loan and take 100% ownership of the assets with plenty of cash to advance them and the opportunity to bring in a new partner

they cant fix what has been done in the past, the money has been lent
